This is a smart folding mobility scooter, primarily aimed at the elderly and people with reduced mobility, for which we are undertaking the overall industrial design of a portable, four-wheeled folding mobility scooter.

The handlebars feature an integrated control panel, designed with the usage habits of elderly users in mind to ensure that the functional zones are clearly laid out and intuitive.
在结构上，座椅支撑主支撑杆选用金属材质，通过 CNC 加工后做哑光喷砂处理，兼顾结构强度与轻量化，支撑机构实现快速折叠功能，方便收纳搬运，适配居家存放、车载携带的使用场景。
Following CNC machining, the component undergoes a matt sandblasting finish, balancing structural strength with lightweight design, whilst the support mechanism enables rapid folding.
主体外壳哑光细磨砂质感，兼顾耐磨抗刮；头部件采用黑色高亮面塑胶注塑，区分功能区域；尾灯外壳选用 PC 材质保障透光性能。不同部件匹配对应的加工工艺，平衡量产可行性、成本控制与外观质感，实现设计方案落地。
The main body features a matt, finely textured finish, whilst the head section is made from high-gloss black injection-moulded plastic, distinguishing the different functional areas;
产品整体采用白灰低饱和柔和色调，摒弃传统代步工具厚重硬朗的风格，融入产品流线美学元素，车身线条圆润流畅，弱化器械感。主体外壳选用珍珠白塑胶注塑成型，表面做哑光细磨砂处理，触感温润不易留指纹；前脸局部黑色高亮面塑胶件形成色彩对比，层次干净清爽，整体气质简约优雅。
Featuring soft, low-saturation shades of white and grey, the design moves away from the traditional heavy, rugged style, incorporating elements of streamlined aesthetics with smooth, flowing lines to minimise the impression of clinical equipment.
